You would be responsible for putting systems in place in a fast growing company of 20 plus people
Education: Graduate from any stream, presentable with good communication skills
Job Profile: Financial Responsibilities:
· Very good working knowledge of Computers (MS Office & Internet)
· Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and Petty cash
· Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Administration of office space
· Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office
· Overlooking facilities management etc
HR Responsibilities:
· Putting HR systems and processes in place
· Culture building
· Best practices bench-marked against the industry
· Innovative/out of the box thinking
Marketing Responsibilities
· Maintaining profitable vendor relations
· Ability to network – a wide base of contacts is a plus
· Good analytic skills
