BPO Manager - 2 Posts Should have a industry experience of more than 2.5 years. Should have worked as Team Leader for minimum one year. Extensive knowledge of Computer and Internet is must. Must have knowledge about Internet Marketing, websites, classified websites on the internet. Job would not involve internet marketing, tele calling. Fluent in English, US Accent (Value Addition). Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the team he is leading is following the provided documents and processes. Experience of minimum 8 - 12 in a voice or non voice BPO is must. Will have to stick to specific time schedule, like if ad is supposed to be posted at 4 PM, it should be posted at 4 PM. It can not go after 4.02 PM. So continuous monitor of the team is required. Shift Timings - 4.00 PM to 12.45 AM & 12.10 AM to 9.00 AM
BPO Internet Specialist - 1 Posts Should have a industry experience of more than 2.0 years. Extensive knowledge of Computer and Internet is must. Should posses Good Logical Skills, Must have knowledge about Internet Marketing, websites, classified websites on the internet, spamming, phishing. Job would not involve internet marketing, tele calling. Experience of minimum 6 months in a voice or non voice BPO is must. Fluent in English, US Accent (Value Addition) Work Profile - Study different websites, ad campaigns and find out the reason for spamming, blocking of those campaigns on different websites. Shift Timings - 10.00 PM to 7.00 AM
BPO Moderators - 2 Posts Should have a industry experience of more than 1.0 years. Extensive knowledge of Computer and Internet is must. Work Profile - Put different ad campaigns on different classified websites. Experience of minimum 6 months in a voice or non voice BPO is must. Shift Timings - 3.00 PM to 12.30 AM & 12.00 AM to 9.30 AM
