I don't think another Google will come out of India, specially because Indian IT Companies don't serve Consumer market or develop anything that benefits the end consumer. We are still at large a back end development/R&D centric industry and innovation is hard to come.

Also, Entrepreneurs from other fields have much better chances of utilizing the technologies which are cheap and now easily available.
