There was a time when 90% graduates from IIT and IIM used to leave the country for the lucrative offers they used to get from abroad.

Very recently this trend has changed. Now most of the graduates from best institutes like to stay back. But the question is, is it because of patriotism? No. It is only because of the economical growth in India. The difference between the pay they get in India and what they get outside is now close to zero.

So what's the conclusion?
Indian minds always give priority to short term returns. Adopting Google concept is something we can just hope for. And why not? India is struggling to get basic things necessary for living.

But I really wish that your premise turns into fact.
