As for your query, You can go to Wakdewadi. The registrar office is opposite approximately to Shoppers Stop there. You should have no trouble finding it. There are many agents available too, You can contact Mr. Kishore (Bapu) on 98501 54912. Please give him reference of AADreamsDotCom from Koregaon Park. Sometimes even Company CA's can do this with a whole other bunch of information and regulations, Which comes in handy for doing business. Cheers! If its proprietary concern then its the place where you can get your SHOP ACT license where Shrinath mentioned. Otherwise if its a Pvt.Ltd or Public Ltd. It has to be done at the ROC(Registrar of Companies) Pune, which is Located at Deccan bus stop on J.M Road above Pune Stock Exchange. I can guide you to a person who can help you do it. But any which ways a SHOP ACT License it mandatory for all of them?? So pay a visit to first the Wakdewadi Place opposite shoppers stop..
