Yes, IVRS would help you make your business bigger than it already is! this system would help you automate all your services and run it according to your needs. just imagine your clients would never have to wait for an answer. this automated system would instantly receive the call and interact with your client to en route his/her call directly to the person concerned. Trust me, your business would shoot up to profits in no time.

if you wish to know more then visit http://www.ivrsdevelopment.com/ it would provide you all the information and a perfect customized system to suit all your requirements.

Akanksha...

I don't think what you are suggesting is anything new. I mean no one can automate everything! You yourself said it.. the Person to Person interaction is just one aspect of business and mere having a call handling/forwarding software doesn't solve anything. I have seen so many organizations who are consistent EPBAX users.

I think its a "advertisement" more than a message.

Entrepreneurs should strive to innovate and improve things... look beyond the box and get out there. India needs this in a situation where we are fighting off cheaper markets for Call Centers and BPO's and even Software companies and God knows what else.

Just my thought..
