I have registered my own private ltd company in Pune.
For that I got help from one of my Kanpur based CS friend.
With is advice i appointed one CS in Pune and also tied with one CA firm.
But Now I really felt that its my grave mistake by associating with them..
Since I am being from Professional field, I don't know why these people are not professionally cultured.
All the time they talk rubbish things like I don't know about busines, Not performing tasks with in their promised dates...List is endless..
Now I am really seeking.Professional and expert people... Who end of the day will not waste my time and Money..

Welcome to Pune Entrepreneurs Network. To address your concern, I don't think its new to anyone for a CA to be unprofessional in Pune. Very few CA's and CS executives take their job seriously of acting as advisor's in your growth.
Its good to engage a professional CA having his own team of people and some kind of track record. But let me tell you, Here you have to pay the price to get services and they seldom say NO.
You can private message me what are your requirements, company turnover and services and maybe I can suggest you someone.
